Hello Chris and programming team.
I purchased the offline installer back in 8th June 2026, and am very happy with it. I have no issues with using it on Windows 11 Home OEM, Retail and Pro versions.
Out of curiosity I tried to find out if it was possible to update the software, but there does not seem to be anyway to do this via the actual offline software itself or via the official cttstore.com
Please be so kind as to inform me how to update the software in the future, or inform me of the limitations of end user license.
I assume the only way to run the most current version is via the online powershell.
Though the current version of winutil offline exe seems to be the latest release, eventually it will no longer be the latest release. Hence my query now to plan ahead.
