System update failed after few weeks of using topgrade

I am a recent arch or CachyOS user who has been full time since November of last year. I have been using topgrade for few weeks now since Chris’s guide, which it’s a great discovery to learn and using his config file other than some commands such as git. Although I have becoming more skeptical each week as I have been using this tool as my system update continuously failed after a while. I initially thought it’d be ok to leave it like this as a system needs to be updated without getting break by some outdated packages. But I am also advised that it should not be updated after around a month or so. Maybe I was meant to fix the error to get the system update correctly after looking back at the video guide again which was a mistake on my part.

Here is the error I am getting along with the specific packages that are unable to be updated:
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: installing alsa-lib (1.2.16-1) breaks dependency ‘alsa-lib=1.2.15.3’ required by lib32-alsa-lib
:: installing libusb (1.0.30-1) breaks dependency ‘libusb=1.0.29’ required by lib32-libusb

:: installing nvidia-utils (610.43.02-2) breaks dependency ‘nvidia-utils=595.71.05’ required by linux-cachyos-nvidia-open
System update failed:
0: Command failed: /usr/bin/paru --pacman pacman -Syu --nodevel
1: /usr/bin/paru failed: exit status: 1

I just got back fixing the issue which it is 100% not related to topgrade and my misunderstanding on the tool rather it was the way my config file was set to which messes up with the update for some reason. There has been ongoing issue for CachyOS where it is unable to be updated due not using the right mirror list for specific hardware.
