Discord: lev1_sprout: Removes freedoms. Kinda counterintuitive.

Discord: lev1_sprout: the option is greyed out. I’m certain it’s Winutil that caused it. The related registry is nowhere to be found.

Discord: reverieviee: WinUtil doesn’t disable Secure DNS directly. Edge disables the user-facing Secure DNS control once it’s managed by policy. You can still re-enable DoH through Edge policies, or remove the policies and get the normal toggle back.
