I am running Windows 11 Home on a laptop. When I run Winutil from the site, using Powershell as Administrator, I select the Install/Upgrade Applications button.
When this runs, it stops with the following error message:
Error: Cannot bind argument to parameter ‘Programs’ because it is an empty string.
Would someone please help.
