Sorry to post here but I have no other alternatives to contact. As a paid user, I don’t have a working link to the new utility version. My link only downloads the older version from March. How do I go about getting the new version since I have not received an updated link?

I have the same issue. I am a paid user but I am not able to download latest version.
After a bit of searching, you have to go back to the purchase page and login. There is a discount code to repurchase at $0.00
I used it yesterday it worked fine.

I’m having the same issue too, looks like we have to pay again.
Login with the account you purchased the first time… Click order… Click Download.
It will download the new version.
