I ran the windows Utilities. I just bought a USB camera and it is not working. does anything in the utility do anything with the USB ports or drivers?
Hi @mdh Open Device Manager, then connect the camera, you should see Windows react to the connection of a new device. If you don’t see any changes, try powering up then powering down the camera while it’s connected. If that doesn’t show anything in Device Manager, try it all again but this time with another USB cable. At this point, without the make and model of the camera it’s not immediately clear what else the camera might require of you.
