Windows update - reset in config tab giving error

I am not a computer geek or anything so please guide me
I have done both windows update reset from config tab its giving me error and does not start the update service or turn it to manual when it asks me to reboot
and then i also did the default settings in updates tab it does again say windows update settings reset to default but when i reboot the system its again disabled and gives me warning Access is denied if i try to make it automatic or manual using services.msc

please guide me on this issue

winutil only supports windows 11 and does not support windows 10 as windows 10 is end of life. i would ask ai to give u a help with this. i not sure i am the right person to help u sorry.

this isn’t a issue we are trying to set a service to automatic but we can’t because of peremssions, i told chris to remove it but he refused but anyways dont worry about it

but the issue is i want to use microsoft store and the windows update services are the causing me to crash out
